Vacuuming and sweeping floors, dusting with cloths, mopping, disposing of paper waste, cleaning fixtures and equipment, entrance glass and threshold tracks, escalators, window frames, handrails, partitions, mirrors, washbasins, sinks, and bathtubs. Includes cleaning of shelves and baskets, toilets and sanitary ware, waste tanks, replenishing sanitary supplies, cleaning of doors and low wall surfaces, and on-site litter collection.
Specialized Cleaning
Operating room cleaning before and after surgery, pest-prevention and repellent cleaning, anti-fouling, anti-mold, and deodorizing treatments.
Intermediate Cleaning
Automatic floor machine cleaning, removal of urine scale and water stains from toilets and other sanitary ware.
Periodic Cleaning
Floor washing and waxing, carpet cleaning, entrance tile cleaning, glass and screen door cleaning, blind cleaning, high-level dusting, air conditioner filter cleaning, and weeding.
On-Call / Ad-hoc Cleaning
High-rise glass cleaning, sofa cleaning, stainless steel cleaning (IV stands and support stands), air conditioner disassembly and cleaning, and exterior wall washing.
